Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, providing you with 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After this request, you then have 14 days in which the item(s) must reach Tails Trails, for the return to be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition they were received in - unused and in their original packaging along with proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at tailstrailsdogs@gmail.com or by using the contact form provided. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send the item. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Delivery Costs
The customer is responsible for any return postage costs.

Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will do our very best to correct this issue if necessary.

Replacements & Exchanges
If a replacement item is to be sent, the original item must be returned by the customer and reach Tails Trails within 14 days of the replacement item's arrival. If the original item is not received within this window, an invoice will be sent and the replacement item chargeable. A quicker exchange would be to request and return the original item and once accepted complete a separate purchase for your desired item. 

Refunds
Once the item is received and inspected we will contact you with our decision and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method, please note this may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
